Pictures of the University of Tartu expedition to Estonian villages on the other side of Lake Peipus. The expedition has been written about by J.Ahrens in "Estonians Behind Lake Peipsi" (1994). These Estonian villages suffered from Stalinist repression and were destroyed during World War II.
